1. Add an entry to src/data/demos.json (id, persona, pillar, summary).
2. Set embedUrl for an iframe (Power BI, Copilot Studio), launchUrl for an external app, or put files in src/experiences/<id>/ and set localApp to that path.
3. Redeploy. The hub, host page, and blog “Launch demo” buttons pick it up from the catalog.
